International Awards
This spring we sent a selection of ten of our favourite
wines from our cellar to the Internat. Amateur Winemaker Competition,
Vermont. This is
the largest wine competition in North America
consisting of some 4300 wines from six countries. We were pleasantly
surprised to find out that 6 of our favourites became favourites of the
judges as well.

Making your own wine at Carafe
Brantford is an interesting and rewarding experience. It only takes a
few minutes to get started. All our wines are hand crafted on-site
using the finest ingredients from the world's renowned grape growing
regions. Depending on the wine you choose, it will be ready in 4 to 8
weeks. Then you come back to bottle, label and
cork your wine using our modern facilities. Our friendly, well trained
staff will assist you in the wine
making process. No experience necessary!
